"This group is the brainchild of famed italian drummer Alessia Mattalia who, in The Spins, has created an electro-pop ensemble that are bright with trance and powered by pop. The vocals (provided by Elizabetta Beiletti) are defiant within their Latin rhythms and, in the experimental version of Hello Baby, are propelled upwards by high energy beats.
The chillout version of Hello Baby has Elizabetta's vocals swimming in an ambient whirpool of beats, clicks and acquatic sounding keyboards - changing the mood of the song and making a track that would sit well in any Ibiza collection."

"Italy's The Spins proclaim that they can boast the most well-known female drummer in all of Italy in their Alessia Mattalia. Well regardless of the validity of the statement she certainly back it up with an incredible array of percussion mixed amid a contusion of electronic pop bliss. Fleeting synths that shift upwards and downwards in a never-ending crescendo of tweaked effects. The mixes are all quite different and intriguing in their maguey intertwining sounds and effects. It's different but it's sure worth a listen"
